Had an unexpected leak in the middle of winter. Jeff was prompt with his response times and had a crew out that day to inspect the roof. He explained probable causes, photos of the problem area, and gave a fair breakdown on pricing and options. The work was done as soon as the weather cooperated. He and his crew did great work on fixing a missing membrane and kept me up to date with information and photos of the completed work.
